Airflite Inventory Management

Airflite has extensive experience in managing a number of aircraft, including common aircraft fleets. The Company has supported the RAAF fleet of 65 PC9/A aircraft as well as four specially configured Beechcraft B200 King Airs for navigational training by the RAAF (refer to the Defence section for further details on both projects). In the civilian environment Airflite has been responsible for the fleet availability of the Singapore Flying College fleet of 15 aircraft, as well as current arrangements with the China Southern West Australian Flying College where Airflite supports a fleet of two Citation Jets and four twin engine training aircraft.

When using this experience to analyse operational requirements and maintenance data on any particular aircraft or fleet, Airflite can arrive at parts projections and an agreed stock list for a specified period. This will ensure that regularly used parts are on the shelf and set aside for dedicated use.

The ultimate result of this program, especially when combined with Airflite's fleet maintenance capability, provides a lower overall cost for parts and maximum aircraft availability.
